How does your work here contribute to the Redeemer Health mission to care, comfort and heal?
As a Human Resources Manager I support the three home care shore offices in New Jersey. My contribution is to support the teams by screening and selecting talent that will complement our team and our culture. I contribute by promoting our mission and holding us accountable when we do not. Our mission demonstrates the standards set by leadership and what our patients should have as an expectation for all of us at Redeemer Health.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family. I take my mom on a ride up or down the parkway on the weekends along with my dog. I love visiting my daughter, who attends college in Philadelphia. I'm a sports fan and love attending games, music and arts events.

What would you like to share about your family and pets? 
My immediate family is small but they mean everything to me. That includes my two shihtzus who are both eight years old. We love to travel and outdoor activities, especially the beach. This year, I've promised my one baby boy that he can travel with me since many destinations are now pet friendly.
