This is a 4-class series, with each session taking place on a Friday from 2:00-4:00 p.m.

The entire course runs from May 9-30, and the following important topics will be covered during each session: 

• Friday, May 9: Understanding Diabetes, Nutrition and Carbohydrate Counting
• Friday, May 16: Diabetes Medications, Monitoring Your Diabetes Numbers
• Friday, May 23: Short-term Complications, Long-term Complications (Feet, Skin, Eyes, Kidneys, Teeth)
• Friday, May 30: Physical Activity with Diabetes, Mental Health, Stress Management
