Fitness Class Schedule

Redeemer Health's Health & Fitness Center offers everything you need to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle, including strength and cardiovascular training equipment, a heated therapy pool, as well as a range of gentle-low intensity exercise classes, dance classes, and Silver Sneakers classes.

Class Descriptions:

  • Beginner's Line Dancing: Exercise the body and brain while learning popular line dances.
  • Silver Sneakers Classic: Strengthen muscles and increase range of movements.
  • Silver Sneakers Circuit: Low-impact standing moves with upper-body strength exercises.
  • Tai Chi Qigong: Better balance, muscle strength, stamina, flexibility, less stress. $40 for members. $60 for non-members. 6 weeks.
  • Water Fitness: Full-body water workout. $72 for members. $90 for non-members. 7 weeks.
  • Yoga/Chair Yoga: Gentle, basic yoga. Beginner's yoga program. $80 fee. 8 weeks.
  • Zumba: Dance sensation that burns calories, tones the body and gets in your cardio workout.

 * Denotes additional payment. You do not need to have a membership to sign up for these classes. For all other classes, membership is required.
