Redeemer Health's Diabetes Management Course
Recognized by the American Diabetes Association, our Diabetes Management course gives you the opportunity to meet with a variety of diabetes management professionals. They’ll share their knowledge and perspectives on diabetes and talk with you about your concerns.
Our 8-hour program is broken into four 2-hour group classes, and the series is offered at Holy Redeemer Hospital several times per year. We invite you to bring a support person to the sessions, especially if that person assists with meal preparation. During the class, we encourage all participants to share their individual experiences regarding managing diabetes. A physician referral is required to attend the course, which includes the following topics:
